Do I need a card to begin?

No. You can design your entire website for free and choose a plan only when you publish.

Is this really a one-time payment?

Yes. Essential and Premium are one-time payments (CAD). Essential includes 24 months, and Premium includes 5 years.

What is your refund policy?

Paid plans are generally non-refundable after you publish your site or use paid features. If you were charged in error, made a duplicate purchase, or contact us before publishing and before using paid features, email support@vows.one within 14 days and we will review your refund request.

Who will appear on my card statement?

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your card or bank statement may show LEMSQZY*STORE.

Can I connect my own domain?

Not yet. Right now all published sites use a free vows.one address.

Can I hide my site or protect it with a password?

Yes. You can keep links unlisted or enable password protection before checkout.

What happens after my wedding?

Your published site stays live for 24 months on Essential or 5 years on Premium from the day you publish. After that, you can extend hosting for CAD 79 per year or let it expire.

Can I keep my website live longer?

Yes. After your included hosting term ends, you can extend hosting for CAD 79 per year.
