1) Agreement

By accessing or using WeddingWebsite4U.com (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2) The service

The Service lets you create, edit, and publish wedding websites, and may include features such as RSVP collection, schedule, travel details, galleries, and other content modules.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service over time.

3) Accounts & access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

4) Content you create

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (text, images, and other materials). You grant us a license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service and publish your website as you direct.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use any content you upload (for example: photos, music, or third-party logos).

5) Guest data & RSVPs

If you enable RSVP features, guests may submit personal information (like name and attendance). You (the couple/site owner) are responsible for how you use that information.

We process RSVP submissions to provide the RSVP feature and to notify you of responses.

6) Payments, plans & refunds

Some features require payment, including publishing a live website, extending hosting, and unlocking certain premium planning tools. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Charges may appear as LEMSQZY*STORE on your card or bank statement.

Because paid plans provide immediate access to digital features and hosting capacity, payments are generally non-refundable after you publish a website or use paid features. If you were charged in error, made a duplicate purchase, or contact us before publishing and before using paid features, email Support@WeddingWebsite4U.com within 14 days and we will review your refund request. Refunds required by law remain available, and Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds or handle chargebacks under its own policies.

7) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Harvest data from the Service without permission
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Send spam or abuse RSVP forms

8) Availability & changes

We aim for reliable uptime, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may perform maintenance or make updates that affect availability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your ability to access drafts or manage published sites may end. Reasonable backup retention may apply.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeddingWebsite4U.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
